Today at UME, we made sure to #LightItUpBlue in support of our friends and loved ones with Autism to recognize, celebrate, and properly accommodate them. We want to support and uplift our autistic community in the workforce by highlighting the importance of special needs financial planning in healthcare, in order to provide the resources necessary for them to find their unique path to success.
