Today in honor of World Alzheimer’s Day, Team UME showed our support to the caregivers at The Elm Terrance Gardens (elmterracegardens.org) in Lansdale and their memory care unit, Aspire Memory Care, with a food delivery.
Aspire offers vitality, inspiration, and affirmation to those living with memory loss. It’s designed for those who need a safe, secure community and who can benefit from activity-focused, person-centered programming and care.
We thank all caregivers who provide emotional and physical care for loved ones suffering from Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
