We want to work with you! We take our partnerships very seriously, so there are a few things you need to know about appointment and licensing with UME. Here are our requirements:
All brokers and Third Party Administrators are required to be appointed by our carrier(s) for the states in which the groups are located. This includes all entities or individuals who receive commissions or sell/assist with any contracts underwritten by UME.
Submissions for appointment should include:
- Completed TPA Questionnaire
- Copy of License in Applicable State
- E&O Policy
- Fidelity Bond
