Anthony Centrella Promoted to Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Development
A.J.’s promotion reflects his significant contributions to UME over the past eight years. Starting as an underwriting intern from the prestigious Drexel University, A.J. advanced through the ranks, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President of Underwriting. In his new role, he will focus on expanding UME’s client base and fostering strategic partnerships.

Stacey Hogan, a new Associate Underwriter at UME, has extensive experience in underwriting both fully insured and self-funded options, with a specialization in stop-loss business. “We are pleased to welcome Stacey Hogan to our underwriting team,” said Samantha Gallagher, Chief Risk Officer at UME. “Her expertise in stop-loss business and risk assessment will significantly strengthen our capabilities
Yifan Zhang joins as a Claims Coordinator, bringing a strong analytical background from her education at Temple University wherein Yifan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in accounting. Lauren Manzer, also appointed as a Claims Coordinator, has a diverse background in managing workers’ compensation and commercial claims. Helene Jordan rounds out the new hires as a Claims Coordinator with extensive experience in medical collections, claim submission, appeals coordination, and self-funding.
